Established in 1987, a family run business, KJB are honoured to have been providing Cheshire homeowners and businesses with all manner of building works for 23 years.

Based in Alderley Edge, KJB are centrally located to cover all areas of Cheshire.

Although we are based in Alderley Edge our prices do not reflect our location. Our quotes are extremely competitive to suit the current market conditions, we offer a KJB price promise where we will aim to match or beat any like-for-like quote in writing.

Every project we undertake is personally managed from conception to completion. We have a dedicated team of professionals both on site and in our office to ensure your build runs smoothly and with as little disruption as possible.

KJB can assist in small, medium or large projects in the industrial, commercial and domestic sectors. We work closely with architects or directly with clients to ensure the best result is achieved.

KJB make sure that every customer using our services is fully protected and we operate a high professional indemnity limit with public liability of £2 Million and employer's liability insurance of £10 Million.

For a number of years we have been affiliated with the Quality Assurance Association which is Ombudsman backed, and we are also CHAS accredited in the Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme – this gives each and every customer total peace of mind.

To make sure we consistently provide the fastest, most efficient and most cost effective solutions for all our work, KJB Builders use the latest technology available. This policy extends to our head office where we are fully computerised, utilising the latest in business software to enable a speedy and professional service.

We pride ourselves on being able to complete a site visit and produce a fully itemised estimate within 3 to 4 days
