When lacking in living space in a home or business property the first thing people think about is moving. This isn't always the best solution and what many often miss is the potential your current address may offer.

Unused loft space can be developed so you don't have to enlarge the footprint of your property or new spaces can be built out from the existing building increasing the floor space and creating new areas. . A well-made extension can add a lot of money to the value of a property (usually more than the cost of the work) and also means you don't have the stress of re-locating or financial issues when moving house or business.

Work in Progress (Summer 2010):

Alderley Edge - Rear single storey extension

Currently we are building a single story extension to the rear of a Victorian property.

The extension will incorporate bi-folding doors and a rosemary tiled roof, this project started in early June and the completion date is mid July.

Wilmslow - Orangery

Started in late June and expected to finish in early August we are building an orangery to the rear of a property in Wilmslow. The Orangery includes a vaulted glass roof and we will be removing the external wall to open up and merge the new and existing spaces together.

Over Alderley - Playroom

In this property we are re-developing existing space to create a playroom. The work is dues to start late July.
